Are you eligible?

Consumers may qualify for Deaf-Blind Bilingual Services if they:

Documentation of legal blindness or progressive eye condition should be current (within the past 12 months).

Deaf-Blind Bilingual Services support the provision of other SCCB services (listed above), and may include:

  • Counseling and guidance
  • Coordination of community resources
  • Communication tools
  • Interpreter services
