We serve consumers who are blind or low vision statewide. Our programs help consumers build self-confidence through vocational rehabilitation and disability-related skills training that support employment and lead to social and economic independence.

Our mission is to provide quality, individualized vocational rehabilitation, independent living, and prevention services that lead to competitive and integrated employment and/or social and economic independence for individuals who are blind and low vision.

Our vision is to become a national model vocational rehabilitation agency for people who are blind and low vision, demonstrating quality services, accountability, innovation, effectiveness and efficiency.
